To be able to hold great parties we should always have great drinks something that would make our guest go bonkers..something that would make them lose their inhibitions and want to go wild. One such place is SENCILLO Bar and Restaurant. A Mexican themed bar located at Esquinita place along Sgt. Esguerra st. in Quezon City. I personally developed their bar list consisting of all time favorite cocktails such as Margarita,Zombie,Long Island iced tea and more. To make the place a little more unique I concocted a few cocktails for the owners of the place. You could try the Bambi Wallbanger. A few glasses of this drink will make you hit the wall as you get up from your chair. Brents Kiss, named after one of the dashing owners who happens to be my brother, a little sweet,a little sour and a liitle salty just like his personality with him you get all the real taste of life. James Slammer, named after a famous basketball player, unlike other slammers this one packs a mean punch, one slam and you're gone. If you really want to lose your head then I suggest Mi Ultimo a Josh a shot that has all the spirits in it and with a few shot, surely it will be your Last Farewell.
A real great drink which we developed and is a crowd favorite would be KYEME, a name given by one of our famous gay patrons, It my own version of the long island ice tea, its purple,its sweet,its strong and its just what u need to get a real Buzz.
After sampling the drinks you could also try the food. Mexican in nature with a twist of Filipino taste. try out the quesidilla, chimichanga, burrito, nachos, tacos and the now famous sencillo sizzling chicken. Wait there is more, the gambas ala jillo is great with beer, the heavenly white squid in all its natural flavor and other new stuff which I still have to try.
The food is so great that they have just opened a new branch at the food court at Trinoma. No drinks there though. Sencillo is also a great place to go star gazing as it is located near ABS-CBN and GMA 7. At certain nights, if you are lucky, you could see some of the stars of both networks.
Thats not really the reason why you should go there because with the right amount of booze, music and party people you could hjave one of the best parties of your life. The crowd is so great and friendly that if the stars are shinning just right you won't be going home alone.
